For proper treatment the quartz sleeve needs to be regularly cleaned or replaced. Sleeve life depends on water quality, hard water will need more frequent replacements
High quality OEM part ensures proper UV transmittance for proper treatment and quality protection for the UV bulb. Any sleeve damaged or fouled should be immediately replaced
O-rings seal the sleeve in place and should be replaced periodically to ensure proper seal and ensure proper protection of the bulb
